VIPERS TO HOST SECOND ANNUAL FANG'S FAN FRIGHT FEST

EDINBURG, Texas (Oct. 5, 2023) – The Rio Grande Valley Vipers, in conjunction with the NBA G League, will be hosting its annual Fan Fest presented by Wilson Basketball. 

The event is free to the public and will take place on Saturday, Oct. 14 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM CST inside the Bert Ogden Arena located at 4900 S, I-69C, Edinburg, Texas

For the second consecutive year, the Vipers will be hosting Fangs Fan Fright Fest which is a unique Halloween twist on Fan Fest. People in attendance will be able to go trick-or-treating and enjoy the free candy that will be handed out by participating businesses which include Lone Star National Bank, Whataburger, HKC Law Firm, RGV FC Toros, Saenz Pharmacy, TDK, TDK for Her, Driscoll Health Plan, The Hub, DHR Health, Peter Pizer Pizza, Mancha, Raising Cane’s, Cornerstone Orthopedic Institute, Bubba’s 33 and Manzela USA, plus many more. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to walk through the RGV Apocalypse haunted house, dress up for the costume contest, play in the kid’s zone and enjoy performances by the RGV Vipers dance teams. Fans will also be able to purchase $5 Vista tickets for select Vipers games.  

During Fan Fest and in association with the NBA G League and Wilson Basketball, the Vipers will also be hosting the Jr. NBA Wilson Basketball Camp which is a two-hour skills clinic for 50 children ages 7 through 13.
